“Christine Dupoux (Kiki/Chef Kiki) started cooking at the early age of 12, messing in the kitchen with her mother (Marithou Dupoux) and grandmother (Constance Latortue) who both are marvelous cooks.
Influenced by her family, mostly her aunt Colette who was a restaurant owner, she decides to further her knowledge and studies culinary arts at McFatter Culinary and Technical School, thereafter studi…ed at
L’école Hôtellière D’Haiti in PAP, for the Haitian to have an experience of Haiti. From 1998 to 2005 she ran her catering company mostly producing for businesses and private events. C. Dupoux works and consults in various kitchens and trains restaurant
staff, kitchen personnel throughout PAP and has extended her training with private consultation for restaurants also catering private events for high profile personalities, such as Donna Karan and recently worked along side Chef Stephan B. Durand at the Magic Haiti event with “Café Com’ça” in La Promenade Complex. In an effort to better the customer service standards in Haiti she engages herself to spread as much of her knowledge to the service worker/professional by co-founding Culinary Mix Restaurant/Bar Customer Service Consultants. In this initiative, her pursuit in raising the standard and the quality of service in the restaurant industry as well as the Haitian household.”
