Stayed in August 2016! By far the best place to stay in Haiti right now.

    PROs:
    Pristine beaches
    Great options for food
Prices on hotel stay are awesome and cheaper depending on the season
The staff are extremely friendly and available to help
Great shows and music during night times
Place is great for all types of travelers

    CONs:
The rooms with double bed are a little tight
FREE WIFI is ONLY available at the lobby 🙁
The activities fees are not always the same on the website versus in person
Since this is a resort, I expected the reservation through the phone to be clear but had issues connecting with the staff

Older property but by far the best I have seen in all of Haiti. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are older but you don’t come here for the rooms, you come here for the best beach in all of Haiti.

I went there last month with my wife and a few friends and had a pretty good time, the water was nice enough to get in, so was the pool according to my wife! The food there was excellent , probably the best food I had during my stay in Haiti though it was a bit spicy! The experience was a pretty good one and I’ll go back there for sure !!!

i like the fact that the beach is long enough and sandy enough for people not to be on top of one another. the prices have gone down considerably over the summer which makes a quick getaway more appealing. on any given week day, you will only deal with organizations and other offices with large conference group. service is fine. on the weekends, different story…it is always a full house. However, I like the fact that it is more anonymous, diverse and CLEAN. Buffet is always delicious. No major scuffle with the staff. overall good experience and will always be my first choice for the cote.

I’ve been to club Indigo multiple times. The have in my opinion the best beach and pool area in the Cote des Arcadins and the cleanest public bathroom, but service is lacking. They’ve increased the price multiple times last year. After paying an exorbitant price to get in and eat, the least the staff could do is treat their guest well. The front desk is unwelcoming and seem to have the attitude that the guests are here to serve them and not the other way around. I understand the challenges of doing business in Haiti, but my recommendation to the establishment is to spend time training staff particularly those at the front desk which is the first impression that one gets when they come to the place. I’m not sure that I will come back to Club Indigo in the future.

I was embarrassed to have arrived at Club Indigo with family and friends (A group of 20). I thought that the largest hotel in Cote des Arcadins would put on a great show for us. My room was muggy and smelled strange. The bathrooms had mildew. We were not allowed to bring in any snacks or food from the street vendors. The front desk people were some completely stupid. To top it off two of my family members woke up with food poisoning, they were sick for two days following our departure from Indigo. Finally , the room charges were over price. BUT I did not pay for the room that I was switched to because the check out desk was flooded on saturday morning ( management has to see a problem with that). Overall this was not an authentic Haitian experience and I love my people but service service service!!!! Clearly Club indigo does not believe in offering the client a pleasant experience…. We shouldve stayed at Wahoo or Moulin (two great spots who treat customers well).

A beautiful beach, beautiful pool, the renovated rooms are good and comfortable. On the down side, food is fair at best and service needs a lot of improvement, long waits at the reception, at the bar, anywhere.

The front desk staff there can be irritating sometimes.

Not worth the price. Service is horrible, people don´t care you eat there or not. I was forced to spend a night there because of a meeting, but next day moved to another hotel closed to Indigo and did the back and forth there. The beach is nice, but I will not pay $40 usd for that place. I told the manager I was leaving, he did not even care, he called a cab for me. The rooms are extremely small, bathroom dirty and has not seen maintenance for years, AC do not work….DO NOT SPEND A DIME at INDIGO, go for a day, use the beach, don´t eat there.
