    The museum is well kept, polite staff. Don’t touch any of the displays – the security guard will remind you if you do. The curator shared history I was not even aware of. The remains of the country’s founding father lie here. It was an honor to see the remnants if the Tainos. I also saw the protective gear worn by Columbus’ men and the shackles that were placed on enslaves Africans. The crown worn one of Haiti’s kings as well as the queen’s original pieces of jewelry. It’s a sight to see. Tons of history here. Mupanah is to Haiti what the Smithsonian is to Washington DC or the USA rather.
