This is my favorite restaurant in P-au-P. I just like the atmosphere, it’s so peaceful, with the white drapes and curtains…and the dim lights and candles. Plus, I love that the menu changes from time to time and I’ve never been disappointed…Food is excellent.

Can never go wrong with Papaye! By far, the best restaurant in Port-au-Prince to say the very least. Consistency, quality, dedication and love of ggrrreaaatttt recipe and food.

Best restaurant in Port-au-Prince! You cannot beat the food here – fresh, unique mix of Haitian and other cuisines, consistent quality (something that is hard to find), and varying menu. You can’t beat the ambiance either – is it a bit of South Beach in Haiti with white curtains and cushions and lots of candle light. It always feels like a special night out here. My favorite dishes are the tuna tartar and the lamb chops (love the roasted shallots) but everything is good.
